Default Tea?

I heard about tea helping people to keep a relaxed and alert state of mind so that might help but, hahaa, i came across this addictive site while searching for info, haha, if you guys like to challenge your mind try this brain exercise thingy...its great for a time killer, and you'd probably need a tea afterwards..pwuahahaha

u're either relaxed or alert, both don't make sense, don't u agree?

nah, it makes sense, because you're body itself is relaxed, you're not too anxious or anything so you're calm, but on the other hand, your mind is still functioning clearly, so you will still be able to do your work etc if you need to, because sometimes coffee can make you very restless jus for that hr or so of energy. i cant sleep when i drink coffee, but tea doesn't effect my sleeping habits nor does it affect my working habits so thumbs up for tea for me

I think ppl react to caffeine in different ways,,,Example: Coffee makes me sleepy, Green Tea refreshes me.
Mind & Body have different thoughts huh? lol,,,well, it's possible, it's like smoking a joint on a downhill race I beleive the power of mind have a lot to do with the way our bodies function...

I drink Arizona Icea Tea Perscription for Stress... SOOOO GOOD.
