Ohio to CT bike trip

Can anyone tell me any resources on taking a trip from Cleveland OH to Greenwich CT(Bike maps,Guides,Etc)? Any help would be appreciated because I'm planning a long trip east. |

New york state has bike route 5 which runs accross the state, its a great route, it also has another bike route (17)along the southern part of the state, they mail you free maps. http://www.dot.state.ny.us/br5/route5.shtml
