Default Cramps in Kidney area

I have been noticing that I have been getting cramps in my kidney area about 5 miles in on my 10 mile daily ride, I have tried different things; more water, less water, bannanas, eating not eating, but they still come back. Any suggestions?

maybe its just lower back fatigue?
