We are a bunch of friends doing our second annual "Tour de Graskop" in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
Dates: 26,27,28 September. Thursday 25 September: We meet in Lydenburg the evening of the 25th, staying at a local caravan park in chalets. Friday 26 September Here we leave our vehicles and take the road to Graskop via Pilgrimsrest. This a journey of about 90km but mostly downhill -(which makes a nice change from last year's going up Robber's pass!). We overnight in chalets. Saturday 27 September We do the God's Window Loop visiting all the waterfalls and views that this area offers, then we take the road to Sabie. We stay in Sabie. 60km Sunday 28 September From Sabie we return to Lydenburg going up the Long Tom pass. A real challenge! 60 km If anybody is interrested in joining us for this recreational tour please contact me! johannwfourie@yahoo.co.uk regards Johann Fourie |
