Smile Stims and Rims

Alright so the spelling is off but hey it did rhyme! Well as you can see I am new to these forums and kind of excited to find a decent cycling forum. Well first off my road bike is a beautiful red head ... a Felt F35. I have been thinking about getting a shorter stem and something in the light of carbon. I was looking at the 3T More stem. I believe it's the more, it's the full carbon short stem that they make and I was wondering what peoples views are of it? Or if any of you have any other opinions on light\short stems?

Secondly, rims .. I have the Ksyrium Elites which are definatly a nice set of rims. They are stock however and I am looking to upgrade possibly. Any opinions on the Zipp 404's? Im looking for something fast and light, and I love the deep cuts on those Zipps. Any thoughts? Thanks alot

Cheers
