Question Tour de France "lion"

Does anyone know if there is a way to buy the Tour de France/Credit Lyonnais stuffed lion or do I have to win the Maillot Jaune myself to get it?? Swansway

I am almost positive that the last time I was in Paris, there were shops that sold the Credit Layonnais Lions, or stuffed animals that looked extremely similar as souvenirs, along with other cycling related brick a brack... I wasn't that interested in the Tour or Road cycling in those days and so I wasn't even sure why they were with the bike things... I think they were Gund stuffed animals... It was quite a while ago though...

You can buy the Maillot Jaune from the Trek Website along with every other piece of the USPS livery, why would getting the Lion be so hard

If they are available as souvenirs in stores, someone, somewhere must sell them online... I would just keep doing google searches At least you know that they exist to be bought though...

Good luck in your search!

Out of curiosity, i checked e bay. I typed "tour Lion" in and a bunch of them popped up. Seemed to average around 50 bucks for one. Jeeez!
