I ride about 160km a week at a good pace, as of late I have been experiencing
a pins and needles sensation in both feet which hangs around for a while and longer. I believe it is due to a lack of good blood flow in my feet. Any suggestions regarding treatment? thanks. Terry |

You have neglected to say if you are wearing cycling shoes or not.
If you are not, then what is happening is that you are putting pressure on the ball of the foot which can cause pins & needles. Upgrading to cycling shoes would fix this. But if you already have cycling shoes have you had them fit properly, or tried adjusting the cleats? When I went clipless it took me a few rides to sort my cleat position out correctly with my spd. When I got my look style I immediately pulled them back as far as they could go to imitate my spd's. |
