How would you fix the world?

Seriously. I've been reading the threads about what is wrong with the world, and I have to agree with some, but it always seems like the threads spiral down into a series of rants by one or two of the same people.

So how do we solve the globes problems? Okay, I put my foot out (easy, I broke the toe a week ago, damn couch thought it was a berm...) and start.

The first thing I would do is establish a nation of Palestine. I'm not sure how to do that. I'm guessing a symbolic .45 to the head of Isreal, similar to what they used against Britain in '47.

Second, I would elect a democratic congress and republican president and have them at loggerheads so they couldn't do anything, let the state and local governments take care of bidness.

I'm sure these ideas will be shredded with gusto, all I ask is that you refrain from talking about my feet. I'm on them a lot, and they are really tender.
