Unhappy Broke Ribs

Hey, took a bad spill early in the week and broke a rib. Anyone have first hand experience and could offer any advice other than the Doctor telling me nothing could be done.?

Hi, Jtech-
Dr is right. Be patient. Broke 5 ribs along w/ my collarbone last October. I got back on the trainer after 9 days and took it very easy at first. Played it by ear. Gradually built up and am now faster than ever.
One of the best things God has given us is that there is one day after the other.
