hey sorry not sure if i'm allowed to do this cuz i posted this in the advice section but i was thinking cuz i'm also asking abt a mountain bike maybe i can put it here also and any advice on the mountain bike would be great (if not please delete it mods) thanks... here's my post



PLEASE READ and tell me if this bike is a peice of crap?
hi everyone thanks for your help,,, i don't know much about riding at all but i've been into long distance running for years and very active in many sports but have just recovered from an accident and can no longer run so i wanted to get into riding as im want to stay in shape....

once i know more abt biking i'll be getting a nice good race bike however in the meantime i was thinking of getting something 2nd hand or cheaper till i know more for when i spend some serious bling....

i found this thing on ebay and in auctions they go for about less than 180pounds (USD$350) shipped new! it seems cheap so i'm guessing it's not gonna be lance's next ride but is it a decent setup still and would it be a nice ride to get into the sport on? i have no idea at all if this is cheap for the bike or if the bike is just a load of crap (i don't want a load of crap no matter how cheap). Or for the price should i find a better 2nd hand ride? i want to ride on the roads around where i live in belgium. please tell me what u think of the bike?.. here's the bike-

they also make a mountain bike what do u think of that as im buying both a road and a x-country mountain bike? here's the mountain bike is it okay or a dud? they go for about USD$350 shipped i think by auction but is it a really bad bike and would i be better putting the cash into a nice 2nd hand ride if i found a good one?-

Your Ebay links aren't working, so I have no advice pertaining to those 2 bikes.

Good deals can be found on Ebay, but you should have knowledge of what is quality and what is junk. Thoroughly educate yourself before buying a bike off Ebay.
