Go to www.usacycling.org , it will give you all of the information. HEY! just sandbag haha

it says x number of points in 12 months, but do you upgrade as soon as you get those points or after the 12 months is over

As soon as you get the points you can upgrade, but upgrade points expire exactly one year after you earn them. ( I'm halfway to a 3!)
