Default Hills and Natioanls

I live in Indy which is as flat as a pancake and I am training for nationals in seven springs PA where there is 3000Ft of climbing in the RR. Is there anyway I can get better at hills w/o having hills around here?

Specifications
*80 precision rollers underneath the belt spin at 15,000RPM
*Weight - 900lb.
*Minimum floorspace required - 5' X 12 '
*Electrical requirements - 220 volt, 20 amp.
*Top speed - 27.8 mph.
*Maximum grade - 16.3%

That is your best option other than the typical "train into a headwind" advice.

You can also get a basic trainer and adjust the tension up. You can place a block under the front tire to help simulate the position.
