Default An annoying click...

Gday,
I just got myself a set of '00 Rock Shox SID XC Hyrda Airs and have found them pretty sweet...but on a test this arvo, i put my full weight on them (like compressed them with the brakes on) and you can hear a 'click' when they are near the bottom. Is this normal? Apparently they were serviced before they were sold and im wondering if they are just braking in or something. Ive just come from a Coil Sprung fork and am not familiar with air springs...so some advice would be appreciated...thanks
