Default road riding fatigue and loss of form

When I ride more than 75 miles my upper body gets tired and I have trouble keeping my bike vertical. I start leaning to the left and after that my back gets sore from trying to compensate. Any suggestions?

Eat some food and take on some fluids every hour.
