Default Minerals

Has anyone tried these Active liquid minerals from the 'original' thomas jefferson clark mine in Utah? What I find interesting is that in all the ingredients there are over 74 trace minerals, one is Arsenic, now I know people die from arsenic poisoning, but I have taken these for awhile and feel fine. Does anyone have any commentary on arsenic in the minerals, but trace amounts? BTW I have not had a cold or been 'sick' for over 3 years. But I take so much, here is my list see what you guys think. I take Liquid minerals and liquid vitamins from active liquid, Coral Calcium, Spirulina, Chlorella, Olive leaf branch, Garlic, fish oil, Apple cider vinegar, and last but not least, the most important thing I take IMO is Flax seeds, I buy bulk, chop them up in a coffee grinder, and take a Tablespoon a day, it is by far the one thing that makes so much difference, no more upset stomache, or diarreah. My waste output has doubled, I urge everyone to do at least the flaxseeds. so any thoughts on my other stuff, as you know I'm afraid to stop any one for fear I might get sick, LOL.
