What are your guy's thoughts on Creatine as a supplement to a diet? I hear it stimlates muscle recovery. Any thoughts?

Check out some of the other threads on this topic. Creatine targets very specific energy systems and is unlikely to be of a benefit to endurance riders. What types of racing do you do? |

Go to Bicycling.com and type in creatine in the search. This may help you. I used creatine for about six months and did feel a difference while biking and weightlifting. The problem with it is your muscles retain water and you gain weight.
