My boyfriend has tendinitis in his lower leg. He has tried to lighten up on his cycling over the winter, but is still having some troubles. Do you have any suggestions?

Luckily in my 20 years of training & 10 competitive years in weightlifting I was able to either train through or train around through the various bodyparts that were impacted by tendonitis.
Cyclist and runners do not get the luxury of training around this type of repetitive motion inflammation. Ice is not the cure, but it can be a helpful anti inflammatory if applied after training.
