Default Mid-May Transamerica tour.

First time tourer going the distance this May. Most likely Transamerica, but I'm also thinking the Norhern-Tier might be nicer because of cooler temperatures (though worse for the mosquitos). Either way I'm going east-to-west. Just wanted to see if anyone will be on the roads around then. I'm riding solo, but I'm sure I'll welcome the company once I ride myself into shape.

I've done my homework on the forums and websites, but certainly welcome any route advice, personal tips and tricks, any input at all really.

Joy and luck,
Zach
