Default FSA or Shimano Crankset?

I have a 2004 Giant NRS Composite 2 and I love the bike. I have made many upgrades to both improve the ride and make the bike lighter. The only thing I want to do yet is upgrade the current crankset (Race Face Ride XC 175mm) to something lighter and stiffer.

I am wavering between the Shimano XT FC-M760 or the FSA Team Issue Carbon cranksets. Any advice or experience using either of these?

Thanks!!
