Default how to dirt jump

i would like to know what basic tircks should i learn first to learn the advanced tricks in an easier way. thank you

well, when I rode BMX, a natural progession of tricks was...

a bar turn of coure led to a x-up.
one handers led to no-handers, seat grabs, etc.
one footers lead to no footers, can-cans, nac-nacs,
tabletops lead to turndowns and whatnot.
learning to spin a 180 on the ground gets the motionstarted for 360's in the air...

etc.
