Here at Georgetown University, a few guys and I are trying to start up a road racing team. There's obviously some considerable adminisistrative red tape that must be dealt with. But i've been dealt with the task of organizing the team in matters regarding group rides, training schedules, and race strategy. Being new to this all, i'm turning to anyone with experience in these matters.
Thanks PS: What's the best way to go about getting sponsors? We don't have enough racing experience to convince anyone just yet, but as a Sophmore i'm looking a bit more into the future.

Hi Hoya,
I'm the President of the Wake Forest University cycling team. I started/created building our team last April and have finally started to get things to come together this Spring. PM me and we will chat. I had a detailed plan of action that I'll help guide you with...
