Default this is not really amusing, but sinister, is it not?

seems this homepage got the pic of cheney where bin laden should be, is this mere coincidence or indicative of something more?

They got the picture right, but the intro line wrong. It should be:

"CIA analysts concluded that the voice on an audiotape threatening new attacks against the U.S. is that of Vice President Dick Cheney."
