I removed the computer this evening and enjoyed a leasurely, relaxing cadence for my usual 12 mile route. Didn't get sweat on the bike, listened to the sounds of the tires, felt the frame work the bumps and felt my legs work painlessly. I didn't even stretch after the ride. I think I enjoyed my little aluminum 'dale wonder-bike from a perspective I can only relate to as when I was thirteen years old on my first three speed. Yea I'll probably be back to trying to add another couple of tenths of a mile-an-hour to my average tommorrow---but today sure was nice.
