Hey guys, I've been riding road for 2 seasons now and it got soooo boring so I want back on the trails.I've done serches on carbon hardtails, but all I find is trek, giant and specialized.Are there anymore out there???If you could post links also that would be amazing.Thanks in advance, Nik.

I personally wouldnt buy a CF MTB. Metal just works better off road. You WILL crash, and crashing with carbon isnt a good thing. Go Ti if you want the light weight. Or unless you just plan on racing... but even then, i would go Ti.

nick i'm gonna have to agree with triguy and not recommend a CF MTB. Accidents can be expensive!!!! (unless that aint an issue)
If your heart is set on one though, The Scott range is unbeatable!! They are probably the lightest and best frames on the market. The Scale range for HT and the RC full sussers as well as the new all mountain 06 range!! Duncan |
