Default cleaning hayes 9 brakes

Hello, i got hayes 9 brakes on my mtb and i want to clean them. The problem is that i cant find isopropyl alcohol. is there any other stuff that i can use to clean my brakes?

i have denicol quick cleaner aerosol but i dont know if that is any good for the brakes...

Isopropyl alcohol is rubbing alcohol. You can buy it in any Supermarket, or drugstore.
