I am 62 and will be participating in my first 12 hour road race in early May, 2006. One win's the overall or your age group by having the most milage at the end of the 12 hours. Living in northern Pennsylvania where we can average 140/150 inches of snow during our winters, and besides riding on my trainer for three hours at a time does anyone have any other indoor training tips. I have a good base coming off this past summer of riding and racing and would like to maintain some of my base once I'm able to get back on the roads.
Thank you |
