Default 05' fxt trail

What is your opinion on the KHS 05' fxt Trail? I worked out a deal with my lbs to buy it for 180$ (he gets most of the components off it back after I move my ole' bikes parts onto it, plus my old frame and brakes.)

I'm gonna put panaracer slicks on it and use it as a city bike. (was using a full rigid but I was starting to get reallly sore, not to mention messing up my wheels)
