Default peace and freedom, immediate and long term goals

some would opine that "liberal thought" consists of merely ideas, yet here is a platform for specific demands of change, both short and long term.
http://www.peaceandfreedom.org/Platform.htm
this is the party whose candidates i chose to vote for in the last us presidential election.
i believe in their ideals, they offer a no compromise position on many issues that directly address much of the failings of the us as it stands today.

i also have no problem with what some would consider "flushing my vote" for what i realize is essentialy a protest or statement vote.

this because for one, the last elections were decided in large part by what i consider as traitorous registered democrats voting repub to the tune of 20+million a shot.

for another, by the time the electoral manipulations and the electoral college were through with the deal going down, my vote, were it to be cast as democrat as primarily an anti republican choice, would not count in any substantial sense.

and finally, i chose this over a vote for "none of the above", or, to not participate as i feel there has to be some voter participation in a third party ticket, whatever it be, or we are indeed destined for more of the same.

your views please.
