Hello Friends.
Yes, I have grown fat and now.... the Doc said that I better start doing some exercise soon or I might not be here much longer ..... So I want to do a little cycling..... Anyway, I was wondering want you guys think I should get, I have no idea.. I see bikes that are 26 inches ... do not know if that would work for me .... I'm 6 feet and I'm at 280 pounds ( Yes.... not a pretty sight ) , so I want a mountain Bike ( here in Costa Rica we have lots of mountains and trails ) anyway I really would love your insight on this, for I have no idea what to look for. Thanks so much for your time reading/repling to this thread. Have a great one. G |

If you start by getting a bike, get used to it on undemanding terrain and learn to spin low gears. Big riders have a tendency to try and push big gears but this is bad technique.
