The reason I ask is ive developed quite a horn for the idea of a recumbent trike to encourage the missus to ride with me. Unfortunately she is rather hefty and unable to comfortably ride a diamond frame. I might also be inclined to pinch it for blasts along the highway with a big grin on my head. I realy like the look and simplicity of this one which i incidently found on e-bay a while ago but i was to stupid to snap it up. Heres another picture if it helps.

It's a tadpole trike, meaning two in front and one in back. Other than that, it's probably a one-of-a-kind homebuilt. No commercial builder would make a front boom with so much unnecessary material and expensive tubing bends, and the plastic seat is another tipoff.
For an inexpensive but sturdy commercial tadpole trike, check out KMX trikes. Here is a link to the review on BROL: http://www.bentrideronline.com/reviews/xclass/km Inexpensive might be a relative term for you, though, as shipping might be a large line item. |

It looks to me like it could have been made in russia during the 30's. ![]()

Sorry the entire URL for the KMX review didn't make it. I'll try again:
