yeah the plain allez is what i meant. anyway, i rode it at my lbs and it was sweet! im really considering it now

That's what I was thinking. It is a nice entry level bike. You will be very happy with it.

I test rode the Allez Comp Cr-MO and thought it was great....just couldn't justify the price.

So, today, I bought the Allez Elite Cr-MO...

Of the bikes I tried, the Specialized was my favorite.....
