How often should a headset be overhauled?
Mine sounds a bit creaky when turn the front wheel from side to side. |

Well, if you have the traditional loose ball bearings, open it up and make sure there is grease in there and the races are not pitted.
If you have a cartridge set up, all you can do is buy a new one.
