His claim that weight loss helped improve his performances in the mountains= His claimed weight in 1994 was 75kg and today is 75kg, NO WEIGHT LOSS Fact=he tested positive in 1999 and was let off because he produced a post dated prescription Fact=Most of his backing squad have been linked to drugs(Chris carmichael is accused of supplying to the american youth squads of the early 90s,Ferrari-not much needs to be said, etc......)
