I have a 200 km race on Sun. The advice that I've been given is as follows:
1) Start to load 4 days b4 the race. 2) Light excersize in this period helps you to load. 3) 3 hours before the start, granary bread and turkey. Don't know if this is good advice - hope so Ssushi |

You should always experiment during training rides first. Changing your diet drastically before a big event is a mistake.
