Default Cycling the Grand Canal Dublin to Shannon Harbour

Hi all, I hope to be Cycling the Grand canal From Dublin to Shannon Harbour. Its around 260k round trip. I have 2 weeks off soon and was thinking of doing it. (For all you funny folk out there. Along side the canal and not on it.)Got a Specialized hardrock mountain bike.I do 30k each week day and a 70k run Saturday and Sunday. Been doing this the last few months.Just wondering how many days should i allow for the trip. Bear in mind Im not 100% fit. Been doing the 30k a day for 4 months. I was planning on a 3 day run. Any hits or tips. Any here done the run, ? Or are interested
