I just bought a Jamis hard tail in jan. the dealer I bought it from went out of business. I've already blown out my manitou suspension, and don't know what to do to get it fixed under warranty.
If you have the answer e-mail VERSELLP@YAHOO.COM thank you |

contact Jamis or Manitou direct, by phone not email. if you are in the UK go to the CAB, they'll sort you out....there are laws against things like this.

I'm sorry for the obviousness of my question, but have you tried talking to another Jamis dealer?
