Default Slowly coming together

I'm finally getting the Jamis frame built up. It's going slowly because I'm looking for deals. I'm figuring $600-700 total cost by the time I'm done. Here are a few pics:

Thanks man. Still need a few things for it. I originally intended to build it up with full SRAM stuff, but I got my hands on some unused XT 8-sp stuff (w/ 8-sp XTR rear derailleur) so I might have a change of plans.
