Thumbs down Fork is too sticky (Marzocchi Z5)

Hello,
My fork has some problem,
sticky as hell - might as well be rigid, until I hit something big enough to activate it.
and i've try to clean the oil seal and grease it
also, i've changed to the 5w fork oil, but still can't solve the problem

Here is the exploded view for my fork
http://www.enduroforkseals.com/site...flylightair.pdf

I've tried to remove the fork leg and move the pumping rod
it is really sticky, I found the parts no.6 (a seal ring) seem not fits the stanchions perfectly.

how can I fix this problem?
Thanks brothers

what pressure are you running it at?
Have you tried cleaning it out and replacing the oil and seals? Take it to a dealer and get them to professionally strip it down and re oil it.

My fork is running at 20psi, that the recommand pressure for me (120lbs) by marzocchi.

I've tried to clean the oil seal, no difference
I've also tried to put out the fork leg, and move the pumping rod
still have this problem. so i don't think the problem is come form the oil seal.(b'coz i've already put the fork leg out to test it.)

thanks brother

sounds like you have done what you can. Take it to a dealer who will surely be able to fix it. well worth the £35 it usually costs.
