Question Internet retailers

I've recently got back into biking after a five year layoff.

I used to use Performance for supplies but noticed that their site is now very limited. I have also used Nashbar, however Nashbar has stopped carrying some of my favorite items.

Is there a better place to order parts etc. on the net or through catalogues?

Just do searches. Go to Google and plug in what you are looking for and you will get some companies.

Many bigger companies are slowly not selling the 'cooler' brands for reasons I will not say public.

Just look around. There are tons of websites out there offering all the smaller better stuff.

go to www.aebike.com, jenson.com, beyondbikes.com
I recommend Alfred E. Bike--good selection, low prices (bacause you aren't paying for them to list in the search engines like the big boys)
If you find any other obscure, inexpensive sites.......drop me a line. THANKS!

Jensonusa.com
Supergo.com
Performancebike.com
excelsports.com
beyondbikes.com
cambriabike.com
pricepoint.com
nashbar.com
coloradocyclist.com
bikesmart.com

There are quite a few more. Jenson is overall the best one. They usually have the best price and widest selection. Supergo also has huge selection but are not always the cheapest.
