Post Stupid question

Hi, this is a dumb question but I just don't know what it means. When a bike is measured "center to center" from where on the bike to where else on the bike is that?
Thanks,
Chris

Center of your top tube to the center of your BB(Bracket).
Note if you have a giant type of frame the virtual top(you have to think yourself ) tube which is horizontal will be used for mesuring.
