Im living in The Hague so could well be interested as its only 15km down the road. Unfortunatly due to my new self destructing Cannondale Im not quite as fit as Id like to be but the weathers starting to look good... What sort of distances are you looking to cover?

It differs but at a WE 60-80 rides? I'm not the fastest but like the distance... My bike is in the UK atm but will be over in the next couple of WE's... stuck in the gym until then... but the nights are drawing out and could be on for evening rides also.

What distances are you riding?

Im currently doing about 60 km rides. That feels about right for me as Im a bit heavy at 90 odd kilos and its putting a strain on the bike and the wheels. I too love the gym and Im not ready to give up bulk for cycling.

Are you a fairly serious roadie then? Im just a chunky northerner but Im doing at least 15km every day with longer rides about once or twice a week. Many of the shorter km rides are with precariously balanced loads but I really shouldnt talk about my GF like that .

How are you getting your bike over? Just chucking it in a bag and putting it on the plane?

PM me if your interested in sorting something out, I ride out near Lieden about twice a week (or I did until my BB exploded).
