Default 1" suspension forks? anywhere?

Jojo here again. Ok, looks like it will be easy to switch my rigid fork for a suspension fork, except for cutting it, and the fact that I cant find a fork with a one inch steerer. any suggestions? I dont wanna ride on s**t in suspension fork form like RST or MoZo or something. I like the rock shox judy, but cant find it in 1". if anyone can find a 1inch (not on ebay) similar to the RS Judy or Manitou Axel Elite in 1", plz post a link. or if you have a used one kicking around, email me a Darjevon@yahoo.com with a description or somethin.

-J

P.S. bike nashbar sells an RST omega in 1" for 80, but i have heard that RST is inadequate for even a beginner's purposes.

Marzocchi Mx comp air and MX comp coil both say they are available in 1" steer tubes, Not sure but I think you can order most Marzocchi's in 1"

My lbs has a stash of secondhand RS and Manitou (and a few others) for the 20-40 dollar range. Some seemed pretty decent if you don't mind a couple years(not a ton).

I also am in the market for one of those 1" steerer forks. Please let me know what you have available. Thanks!

I'd, or rather my Cannondale w/ the dead Mag21, be up for one of those forks as well ...... the lower maintenance the better.

you will struggle to get a decent fork for under £100 let alone $100. I'd take connie up on her offer and see what she has.

hey connie hows things? You really ought to PM me sometime!
