Default Software Suggestions?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on PC software that would help manage weight? I know there are many out there, but many look like "junk". The key feature I'm looking for is something to track calories based on food types.

Thank you in advance,
Mitch

Found this freeware product. You be the judge.

Thank you for the suggestions. I ended up purchasing balancelog from www.healthetech.com. I have only been using it for a few days. Seems like it will do the job. It is a bit difficult to enter the data.

Take care,
Mitch
