Default Grease and bearings

which type of grease and bearings do you choose to use on your bottom brackets, i have tryed 3 different types and all seem to liquidise if thats the right thing, and it all seems to run out when i have been spinning for some 10-15minutes, i have had to take the bottom bracket apart 3times his week to regrease the bearings since at 250-300+ watts the BB seams to crack and creak, i'm pretty convinced this is down to the dry bearings since it disapears each time i clean and regrease it.

no it isn't coming loose before anyone suggests it. does anyone have any ideas which would be the best stuff to use its doing about 250miles per week but is creaking at around 120miles or so of riding, and spinning???????
