Spinning classes in Sydney ??
hello
can anyone recommend a good Spin class in central Sydney. im there over the break and I can't take my bike........spin is the natural answer. thanks for any info sp00k |

To my assumption,spin class is some kind of group training session on stationary bikes being held in those gym workout places.
