Default What a beautiful day!

There was something special about today. The bike felt lighter. The legs felt stronger. The air was clean and fresh. The temperature perfect. The traffic light. What a great ride.

Something wonderful has happened to make this day. Something important.

But not everyone noticed. Two of my riding partners seemed dazed and confused. Out of sorts. Certainly weaker. They complained that they were up all night, biting their nails, hoping their man Kerry could pull out a win.

I went to bed early. Content that America would do the right thing. And they did.

So on our ride this morning, sensing that my two liberal friends weren't feeling well, didn't have their normal strength, were struggling - I did what any right thinking person would do. I attacked on every hill and dropped their sorry, loser asses. Fuck 'em. They backed a loser, and have to live with the consequences.

Somewhere I'm sure, libs and other thoughtless losers will prattle on as they usually do. I don't care. I can no longer hear them. They are, now more than ever, irrelevant.

I'm looking forward to a great four years.

Well as long as you are gracious in your victory and are not gloating I suppose it is OK to take a small amonut of pleasure in the outcome.

And I can see that you have a very humble attitude toward the Demo's bad fortune. So carry on, as for myself I will not brag to my rivals nor scorn them.

Besides this county where I live is 90% Rep. you will have to do it for me.

Yes, 'bert. Last night I went to bed with the rain tapping off my windows and the wind howling outside my door. But I was secure, content the outcome would be contrary to the contrived exit polls. A quick glance on CBS showed Da(m)n Blather looking like his dog had been shot, his wife leaving him and his daughter knocked up by Tommy Lee. Time to buy stock in Prozac.

But this morning, the air was crisp, the roads dry and the sky clear. The sun was out and the hawks were singing their cries of joy. The roads felt smoother, the hills flatter and the bike never stronger. I could not find any Dems willing to ride.

Unfortunately, most of the rest of the world is in mourning over that idiot Bush getting in again. Sigh...just gotta hope he doesn't kill another 100,000 or so innocent people overseas during his next term. Puts those 3,000 who died on 9/11 into perspective, huh?

Mourn away you interventionist pom. It won't be long before your country will be at our doorstep, begging for help.

100,000? Not nearly enough, but it's a start.
Have nice day!

Don't listen to that broad. Her whining horde is irrelevant. If you're not on our side we don't give a rat shit about you.

Believe it or not I spoke with some real live Europeans today via radio and they were actually happy with the election returns.
Of course they were probably the only two. One in Portugal and one in Belgium. I will poll some more this weekend to see if the press is misleading at all . It would be ,of course, the first time in history that the media ever mislead us.

Personally, I'm looking forward to up to two years of combat duty in the Middle East. (Just found out last weekend.)

No one takes joy in going to war. But it is a righteous cause. I spent time in Afghanistan and Iraq until the PEB gave me a disability discharge. That after 24 years.

Watch your six brother and be safe.
God Bless you.
