Default Training... Getting back to cycling

I use to cycle and swim a lot... After a 10 year break, and 50lbs after... I want to get back in the saddle..

I need help in my training.. gained 50lbs over the yrs.. got to get it off... i want to cycle agian. used to go 20-100kms/day. now i hardly get 10kms.

i need help!

I got a new road bike, guru tantrik-ti... where/how do i start!

Just get on your bike and ride for 20-30 mins at a time a few days a week until yu feel good, then increases the distance each week thereafter. To lose weight, eat what you are now...the increase in actvity should reduce your weight to begin with.
