Anyone know if the calories consumed on the bike count for daily intake? Example, if i down 400 cals on a 2 hour ride, and burn 1400 cals do i need to only replace 1,000 cals?

You need to determine how many calories your body uses every day just to live, plus do minor tasks and then add on how many calories you use when biking. That is your total energy out and then figure how much is going in. If you want to gain weight make more go in, if you want to loose then don't eat as much.
