Default Buying a track bike in the UK

I don't know the nationalities of the people who frequent this forum but perhaps someone in here could point me in the right direction. I'm based in London, UK, and I'm looking to get a track bike.

Preferably one that I could fit a front brake to and have the option of mudguards. I think there is a Fuji bike that would meet this kind of spec. I've had a look on the net and ebay but I haven't come across many places that have these for sale.

A second hand one would be fine.

Thanks.

You probably have one by now, but if there is anyone out there now in this position then speak to the guys at the Bicycle Repairman in Edinburgh...they deal with most manufacturers including Fuji, Duratec, Dolan, LOOK ...
