Default Aerobic Anaerobic VO2max etc etc

is there an online resource that explains all this in simple terms, with fat burning and weight loss as a focus...people always ask me for advice on this and there are huge gaps in my knowledge.

a lot of sites tend towards the pro rider and the serious enthusiast...this is not suitable but i do have some basic knowledge on heart rate training..

i would rather look there than bug you guys all day with my questions...

these questions are often answered in the training forum. what was it you wanted to know, and why, do people ask the original poster? why not direct the people to the training section!
